  • Managed the creative development process by authoring briefs, creating and tracking timelines, developing thoughtful budgets (tied to metrics), protecting brand voice and images, and gaining approvals from retail partners.
  • Collaborated with commercial team to analyze. plan and implement new layouts and communication strategy for retail store environments based on shopper insights, trends and competition.
  • Directed and designed all in-store graphic campaigns.
